Adam R. The firm represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Our experience includes the negotiation and closing of residential and commercial real estate matters. In addition, our experience includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing, and real estate financing. Our attorneys regularly represent large and small real estate developers and contractors, both in transactions and litigation.

PERSONAL INJURY I WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LITIGATION
Our firm has vast experience in the preparation, negotiation and Trial of various serious and complex Personal Injury, wrongful death, and work related claims and injuries, including preparation of medical and other damages and loss claims. This experience involves not only motor vehicle accidents, but also work related injuries, premises liability claims, claim against Public and Governmental entities, and the like.

COMMERCIAL PRACTICE
Adam R. Glinn Esq., L.L.C. has a commercial practice concentrating in commercial litigation and commercial and residential real estate transactions. The firm was established, in large part, to ensure the delivery of quality legal services with a high client responsiveness level.

The firm represents various clients in diverse areas including: commercial lending, transactional matters and real estate transactions.
